Rapid Tiling Set Up Ideas

Hey Was wondering what set up yall got for rapid tiling. Meaning, if you has to make 20 parts out of a 4x8 sheet in one day what modifications to you table or cnc would you do to make it as easy as possible.

Im running this for my business and will be running tiles for a 4x8 all day so I need to create a system that is fast and easy.

I put some threaded inserts on the side of the MDF and screwed in a pice of acrylic and then put a piece of melamine as a spacer. I did this so I can push it until the inserts every time and then remove it to slide the sheet forward

If yall have any ideas or proven systems you use let me know!

I just use the left edge fence/guide and extend it forward past my Y0 point, so I can mark the Y0 line on the fence.
I use the machine to mark my tile line (usually 20" in my case as I have about 23" of travel.)
Then when I slide forward I just line up the lines.
I also use the machine to mark my screw holes for holding the sheet down. Looks like you have screws going through the stock into the spoilboard. I’ve since replaced my table slats with HDPE, so in the future I will put the screws over the T-track instead of trashing my slats.

The front stop is good for production runs. You could cut all the front tiles (Tile 1), then slide one of them forward & mount the stop at the back. (If the stock is precisely the same size).
