I would like to reduce the rapid feed rate settings on my SO3. How do I make the settings to lower the rapids ?

you can modify the “max (feed) rate” settings for X, Y or Z axis by updating the following parameters:
$110 (x max rate, mm/min)
$111 (y max rate, mm/min)
$112 (z max rate, mm/min)

Sorry, I do not understand how to do this or what numbers to add.
You can use the 'MDI" tab in CM to send commands to the controller, by typing, for example,
$110=500
And hitting send, this will update the parameter 110 to 500mm/min max feedrate setting. Similarly, modifying $111 will limit Y max feedrate.
If you are not comfortable with this, it’s probably best to not do it. At any time you can resend machine configuration to restore factory settings.
