Given a design:
we first draw a circle with the specified radius:
and center it in a suitable working area:
Then import the pixel image for reference:
adjusting as needed:
Then draw in the rest of the geometry using the specified dimensions:
Centering as needed:
With all the dimensions marked out, select the circles, copy-paste them into place:
and shift-click on the geometry which defines the horizontal extents to add to the current selection:
and use the Trim Vectors Command:
to remove what is not wanted:

Then draw in the diagonals:
Done
Repeating for the other side:
Select the open geometry:
and use Join Vectors to close:
Repeat these for the other elements:
(note that it is not necessary to remove the entirety of the circle which is not needed, just enough to define begin/end for each arc segment)

Repeat drawing in the lines:

Delete what is no longer needed:
select Open Vectors again:
Join Vectors
copy-paste or duplicate:
Mirror Horizontally:
Drag the mirrored duplicate into registration:
