Recommendation on ball nose / cove bits

One of the first cheap set of bits I bought was this set of bits from Amazon at $12 -

The challenge is that this yellow covering peels and burns with the cut, which impacts the wood, and I have become very unhappy with them.

I want a variety of ball nose bits for juice grooves and other items. Hoping someone can suggest a cheap alternative that they are happy with.

FYI - I could see that I could buy individual whiteside bits for $20-$30 a piece, but was hoping someone had good experience with a cheaper alternative

If the paint is coming off that easy I wonder if you could just soak the bits in a paint remover (acetone) and use a wooden tonged depressor/chop stick to scrap it off . A little time consuming if you want to stay cheap.
