Guys i just set up my pro xl. everything works fine except the bitsetter. the red light stays active and it will not go all the way down it stops and says probe failure. machine has been configured by instructions all connections double checked please help
Please send in photos showing how the BitSetter is wired up and connected to support@carbide3d.com and we’ll get this sorted out.
Until then, disconnect it after taking the photos — you can do “Hello World” and so forth w/o it.
