Replacement V-wheel or eccentric nut?

I’ve noticed a problem recently with my XXL. In cutting circles I’m getting ovals in the Y direction. I think I’ve isolated the problem. The left side of the X-rail is a little loose, because the bottom V-wheels are not gripping the rail. I’ve tried adjusting the eccentric nuts, but the wheels won’t grab in any position.

I’m assuming either the V-wheels or the nuts are worn and need to be replaced. Is this a likely situation? And if so, which - the nuts a or the wheels - is the most likely culprit?

The Delrin V wheels are the wear point — if the eccentrics wear they don’t want to hold in place — write us at support@carbide3d.com and we’ll get this sorted out.
