Resizing rectangle changes location point

OK, decided to file the request. Here:

CC Feature Request when Resizing

When resizing an object, it always resizes around its center point. This is a hassle when resizing multiple objects that abutt each other, say stripes in an American flag. My suggestion is to add a “Anchor” choice in the Scale dialog. I’ve mocked it up below: [Scale]
