I had to do some machining on a round part (arranged longitudinally… next part will be held vertically) so I did a light mod on the vise.
Carbide3D guys, this might be worth doing on product by default. Just flip the jaw (I did the fixed one) if it’s not wanted.
Also, what alloy is the vise jaw? Seemed to cut much more readily than 6061 T6.

Interesting, I’ll have to look into this. Seems I could do some testing wmoy did for small engravings!!
