Router Won't "Measure Tool"

My Router won’t move down all of the way when measuring the tool. It barely moves down and then comes up “probing cycle failed”.

Does Carbide Motion show that your probe pin is active?

Can you send a ? through the MDI and capture the response in the log? Your BitSetter is most likely showing as triggered. This could be You have another probe (BitZero) that is grounded A faulty BitSetter or wiring EMI

How do you tell if your probe pin is active in carbide motion. Sorry if that’s a stupid question, I’m not overly technical

If you have a BitSetter, power up, connect to the machine, go to the Settings pane, then press the button on the BitSetter until it lights up — what shows under “Active Inputs” on the Settings pane?
