why does the same file keep cutting regardless of which file I upload to cut?
It shouldn’t — I’d recommend re-writing the file with a new name and ensuring that the filename changes, or quite CM and restart (which will require reinitializing).
tried all of that. Still does it.
Have you verified that the files are different by previewing them in a 3rd party tool?
yes. I shut every program down and started from scratch. That worked.
