Saport team does not answer

I just got a new Shapeoko pro XXL and I’ve been trying to get everything initialized but I’m having trouble with the Z axis. And I have been trying to connect them for 4 days no luck. I dont know what to do next???

What are the troubles you have been experiencing in regards to your Z-axis?

Additionally, keep in mind that the last few days have been a weekend. Every experience I have had with support they are extremely helpful. I would expect you see a response soon. Just to verify, did you email support@carbide3d.com?

I see an e-mail from you dated 20 November at 12:46 AM which we replied to at 9:06 AM, but to the questions of which we have not yet received answers.
