Satisfaction. !@#$%^&*(

Do you know how satisfyingly it is to be watching your part cut and two flies get sucked into the dust collector. I have a fly flopper in one hand while working. Hate those things.

 I sure thought this post was going to be one of those complaint threads about C3D’s support department!

Funny! … and strangely satisfying!

Ok? I looked up fly flopper on the Internet and what came up is a fly swatter and fishing lures.

I am confused as to what you were doing while working?

I’m imagining that he’s fly fishing in lake Shapeoko and he caught a big one

I have a 10 foot x 10 foot roll up door in my shop. Usually it is open and this year the flies are terrible. I usually close the door around 6:00 PM not because of flies but the mosquitos. At night I work in the shop and smoke cigars in there. Several times I had to break out the Raid flying insect spray and then leave for about 30 minutes while the smell and the poison did its job. Another pest I get in the shop is dirt dobbers. I have a lot of pocket hole used in my shop built equipment. The dirt dobbers like to get in the pocket and lay their eggs. This summer saw something I never saw before. A black dirt dobber was attacking a spider. I looked it up later and the dirt dobber stings and paralyzes a spider and puts them in the nest for the emerging larve to have something to eat before they emerge from the nest. Anyway they get inside drawers and on jigs and make their nest and make a mess for me to clean up. Mother nature keeps attacking. Waiting for the movie attack of the 50 foot fly.

Washington is an open carry state. I have the Fly Swatter in my back pocket to nail those rascally flies.
