I just went to get into this community site using my I pad and was greeted with a sign in message, it this new or a scam?I am using the Mac book for this one.
I need to log in fresh with my credentials whenever I clear my browser cache (which is every couple of days for me). I’m on a Win11 machine rather than Mac book but cookies are cookies… Sorry if I misinterpreted your concern…

As noted, one will periodically need to refresh one’s log in credentials and re-verify, depending on how one is managing one’s browser/net connection.
Will that’s what I get, the iPad has been open for many weeks so a surprise,all is OK then?
Yes, it should be fine to log in — your password is encrypted, so isn’t sent plaintext (that said, don’t re-use passwords).
