Seeking Wall Mounted Tool Storage Inspiration

Hello. I’ve had all my bits, clamps, etc. in drawers, but a new setup will have me wall mounting everything. It’s not hard to build a rack, but it’s interesting to see how others have gone about the process to get inspiration or new ideas. If anyone has wall mounted their tooling and can post a pic. It would definitely be appreciated.

Thank you.

This is 1/8 plexiglass, I milled holes @ 1" centers. Harbor Freight sells the hangers. I 3d printed the bit and bolt trays. Bolts are head down, makes it easy to get right length. 90% of what I need is right there.

Thank you. It’s funny, I was imagining making separate picture ledge-type shelves, but given that I already have pegboard up next to the CNC, not sure why I didn’t think of that first.
Do you have the STLs for the bit/bolt holders?

I will see what I can dig up

All of my pegboard holders are designed for 3D printing. If you are interested, let me know.

Here are the stl files of the trays I printed.
If you want the step files, we’ll have to figure something out
bit tray.stl (245.1 KB)
bolt tray.stl (1014.1 KB)
McFly tray.stl (203.8 KB)

Thank you for sending these. STLs are perfect. I’m hitting “Slice Plate” as we speak.
