is there a way to tell the age of a Shapeoko HDM? Thinking about purchasing a used unit and would like to find out the age?
Not sure about age but it looks like the owner has some care. Everything seems clean, it’s on a solid table, lubricant on the spindle, spoil board isn’t too crazy. At a glance it looks promising, good luck to ya
Not sure if the HDM has a serial — Nomads still do, but we stopped numbering the Shapeoko 3 some time after we got to 5 digits I think it was, and the Pro and 4 and 5 Pro don’t have serial #s.

Just wood and maybe a little of aluminum. Mainly guitar parts
