Do most folks use a drag chain with the standard Shapeoko 3?

I have a standard Shapeoko 3 and so far I have been using it without a drag chain. It has worked out so far because of the short distances the power and USB cables have to run.

I’m thinking I might get a drag chain, now that I’m adding a laser to my setup. If I do what size should I get?

No, most folks use the Shapeoko standard size as is.

You could use any size drag chain which will fit the wiring.
