I was just working on attaching my new suck it dust boot and when I was pulling the machine down with the router part and the belt broke. Pictures attached. 1. how do I take this apart and 2. can anyone send me a link of what I need to purchase to replace it. I hope it’s an easy fix and don’t have to take too much of it apart. Thanks in advance!
You can buy a maintenance kit on the store that has different consumable parts, like the belt.
New belts are steelcore.
From what I’ve seen, replacement of the belt doesn’t seem too bad, but I’ve not done it myself.
Contact us at support@carbide3d.com — basically to replace the belt you remove the Z-axis then reinstall per the assembly instructions.
