Shapeoko 3 xxl spindle upgrade?

Thinking of getting a quiet cut spindle, I will only be cutting soft wood and the occasional hardwood, no aluminum or metal of the like.

Should the quiet cut hold up to 5-6 hours a day?

Any mounts that would work on the shapeoko 3 xxl?

Any info would be appreciated

I believe the quiet cut spindle is 65mm in diameter and would work with the Makita adapter.
