I am thinking about selling my shapeoko 3xxl machine and upgrading to a 5 pro. Anyone have any thoughts on a fair asking price? I have the probe and the clamp tracks. Standard carbide router and a collection of end mills to get someone started. It’s in good shape. Thanks for any insights. 
Start with $1500.00. You can always go down over time. I have sold a lot of stuff on craigslist. Sometimes I dont get a call for a month or more but usually the first person that comes and looks buys the machine. You have to be patient.
In craigslist I give my zip but not my address. I add my phone number so people can text or call me. I like to talk to people before giving my address. If the person calling does not even know what it is that I am selling I just tell them it is SOLD. Not crazy about random people coming to my house but it is a necessary evil to see something too big to carry around. Things that are small enough to carry around you can usually meet at a police station. They have surveillance and you are less likely to get ripped off at the police station.
