Shapeoko 3XXL PWM pin Trouble

Hey folks,
My Shapeoko 3XXL has worked great for years. I recently ventured down the diode laser route and got it working via PWM fairly quickly. I laser cut some things and shifted back to CNC mode. Router cuts went great.
Here were are now - I’m shifting back to laser mode and can’t get the correct PWM output from either PWM pin.
I’ve adjusted the $30 values across the board (255, 1000, 24000)
I’ve changed the S value in Lightburn to match.
Using either CM or Lightburn, the multimeter values on the PWM pin can only be manipulated between 0.3 and 0.5 volts. Therefore, my laser turns on immediately when I connect its power supply.

Any suggestions for adjusting the PWM would be great. Thanks

The only thing I could suggest is to be sure your $32=1 in laser mode and $32=0 in cnc mode. I seem to remember that if you use your laser with $32=0 it will stay on.

Thanks for the input Ed. I did indeed try 0 and 1 values for $32 with no change either way. I’ll likely start looking at alternative boards since the C3D website is out of stock of the standard board.
