Shapeoko 4 Table Slot Size

I ordered my XXL Pro and am working out what I will want for work holding. It comes with a few things, and there are great purchase options out there. I want to start by making some of my own. 3D printing and other means.

Could someone tell me the size of the table slots? Width, inside height, and the screw slot width? I would greatly appreciate it.
