Shapeoko 4 XL Stepper Motor Issue

I have a Shapeoko 4 XL that I have owned for 2 months which has been working great and I have been able to make several items with minimal issues. Recently, the machine started making what I would describe as rumbling noise when initializing and I could see the gantry jerking during movement where one side would move further than the other causing it to ruin cuts. After following some troubleshooting guides and checking everything as well as adjusting the v-wheels on the y-axis which I thought might be the issue, I have discovered what I believe to be the real issue with the wiring connection to the left side stepper motor. If I move the wiring harness around on that side I can completely resolve the issue and the machine seems to initialize and move around without issue, however if the harness is just allowed to rest, it causes the stepper motor to stop intermittently which causes the gantry to jerk to one side.

I was wondering how to troubleshoot this further and if someone could take a look at the video I have attached and tell me what would be causing this issue or if my stepper motor is bad. Also, just moving that wiring around, you can hear the stepper motor making sounds when the machine is idle.

Please send photos showing how the problematic Y-axis motor is wired up and connected to the wiring extensions, and the wiring extensions to each other and the controller to support@carbide3d.com

Thanks Will, I sent the photos.
