Unless my power button is constantly depressed my machine will eventually loose power. I have tried a bunch of things including: checking power brick led to see if the led flickers, replacing the power button, unplug the varying cables plugged into the pcb, disabling the bitsetter and bitrunner. None of these seem to do anything, any ideas appreciated.
Check in with the folks at support and we will work out what needs to be done to get you up and running.
I had a similar issue on my 5 pro, turned out to be the e-stop cable connector at the main control box. I am not familiar with the 4 Xxl setup but the connectors are an issue with the 5 pro. Good luck!
