Shapeoko 4xxl not cutting right

Does anyone have an idea why this happened? It did not move. I’m 100% sure of that. I’m running Carbide Motion 618 and Create is 757.

Lost steps, either due to the machine running into something, or insufficient belt tension, or a loose pulley set screw — check the machine mechanically.
