Can the cutter reach all the t slot waste board edges for performing a flatten
It can reach all of the Hybrid T-tracks, but there are extra ones to the side intended for clamping wide stock which are anodized black which shouldn’t be cut into — it can reach all the MDF filler strips (which are sacrificial and can be cut into).
