The instructions leave something to be desired on the 5 Pro. No codes on the wiring harness, so it looks like Im supposed add lib on this thing. Super frustrating. Would have been nice to label these with an A goes to A 
As explained in the instructions:
at any given corner/section of the machine where wiring connections may be made up, the connectors should be such that only the correct connections match/will fit.
e.g., at the Y-left branch on pg. 33, the switch connector has 3-pins and the motor connector has 4.
