Shapeoko 5 pro homing

I was running a job , and the piece of wood that was clamped came loose and my 1/8” endmill bit got stuck in the wood, now the machine Willnt home, machine will not initialize either, also when you shut the machine off the z axis spindle falls down from the weight
Any one now how to fix this.?

For the not homing, power down and slowly/gently move the machine to the center of motion for each axis, then measure the diagonals — is everything still square?

If not, loosen hardware, adjust for squareness, and then re-tighten.

Once everything checks out, pull the gantry up flush against the front endplates, then power up and try initializing.

Not sure what you mean by gently pull the machine to center of motion on each axis .?

He means to push the Gantry to the middle of the machine gently. Ensure that you do it as evenly as possible. IE, you don’t want the left side to be further towards the back of the machine than the right side.
