One of my wires was out of the male housing clip. What do i need to do now?

If the connector is still attached to the wire then pull the connection apart and insert it back in until you hear it snap into place. If the wire has come out of the connector then you will likely need to replace the cable end to end.

While that will work with the Molex-KK connectors used on the SO3, it’s not likely to work w/ the Micro-fit connectors on the SO4, Pro, and SO5 Pro — please contact support@carbide3d.com

i’m trying to post a picture but it keeps failing. Wire is completely pulled out of the connector.

will this seat back in place properly by pushing it back in?

Likely not. The wire is crimped onto a terminal. The terminal then pushes inside the black connector. So you could try but you will likely have a bad connection. As @WillAdams said contact support to get a new one.

It ended up being the limit switch on the left Y rail. Replacement part already shipped out! No one beats carbide support!
