Shapeoko 5 Pro: Z-Axis Calibration Issue

Hi all. My 5 Pro has been working well until recently. No matter how I calibrate it, when I run a job, it will always tell me it will be 2.7 or 2.8mm below. It seems like a calibration issue? I probed my Z-axis again and it still the same.

Any ideas how I can rectify this?

How are you setting zero relative to the stock?

Usually this difficulty is caused by a mismatch between job setup:

and how origin is set relative to the stock:

I don’t think those are the issues, I knew about thouse. I have been using it without any issues until a few days ago.

Could it be anything to do with the $102?

Carbide Motion recognizes the controller on the SO5 Pro and that identity should result in the correct configuration — if it doesn’t, check in w/ the folks at support@carbide3d.com and we will look into this with you.

Is the collet slipping ?
