I have found out one thing. Sienci labs is slow to respond to support questions. Their email and phone links on their website are disabled. I think they want you to lean on their forum or FB page for help. I only sent one message a couple days ago but there has not been a response. Luckily I figured the issue out on my own. So, is that a problem? Time will tell…
I dont own a One Finity and never have. I will tell you that when looking to upgrade my Shapeoko XXL i actually bought one spending around 8K. There was like a 6 week wait list when I bought it. I started asking general questions about the machine on their forums. All was good until I asked if anyone was using a PWN CNC spindle. The post was answered by a mod and then locked in just a few minutes after I posted it. I asked why it was locked and the mod said that my question was answered. In actuality it was not. I inquired some more and had a civil back and forth with the mod. I then made then statement that if their customer support was anything like the forums I might have to ask for a refund. Boom…that was it. I was refunded and blocked from their forum just like that! I found out through other forums that there were others that had been treated the same way. And that is why I would never deal with those guys…sorry for the rant. And at this point I still have my 3XXL…
