I have to say this again. Shapeoko is totally baddass. They went above and beyond and replaced a couple of parts I broke when I moved on my 5 Pro. What a great company. it’s funny people are always debating which machine to get as far as Shapeoko, One Finity or Altmill. Shapeoko wins has down just because of the eco system and how helpful the company is even when one is past their warranty. Now if we can only get them to have an option to upgrade stepper motors to closed loop and to upgrade to the Masso unit. It would be a perfect machine.

Totally agree. I recently upgraded to the 5 Pro from the Shapeoko Pro and I didn’t even look at other options simply because of their great customer service.
