Shapeoko failing to initialize

Went to initialize shapeoko this morning, immediately created a grinding noise (primarily on the right back motor) after trying several times nothing has changed. When its off I push it on all axis and the lights come on for each motor. But I notice when im pushing it the left ball screw(or whats attatched) creates a knocking sound. I had just cleaned everything a couple weeks ago. No wires are detatched, what am I missing?

Please check in w/ the folks at support@carbide3d.com

Eugene from support single handedly flew to my location, diagnosed the problem, gave my machine mouth to mouth and showed me there was just a cable being pinched in the Z-axis stopping it from fully raising… in my defense the cable was black and hard to see. But it works like a charm now.
