I have the Shapoko 3xxl for yrs. Never an issue
Today i go to start and it homes no problem but i can only move it half way to the front and half way left like it only works in 1/4 of the surface. I disconnect and it moves freely by hand in all directions. Leave it all the way over and initiate and it homes back no problem but still only jogs in that 1/4 section again
Re-run the Setup Wizard?
I did 2 times now and still the same
Which control board do you have?
Is it white w/ DIP switches?
If so, power down, open up the enclosure and check the settings for Micro-stepping (if memory serves, they should be 8x, though wouldn’t 4x make it travel twice as far?)
