I won’t tell you I have taken a .001 shim or close to that. Curled it to fit around the pin, then pushed. Gently pull the pin/socket out.

But I didn’t tell you that

Support will get you setup with a fix.

I wont tell you that this worked for me and that I now have a fully functional bitsetter. I will thank you for the advice that i definitely didn’t use.
