I once had the Lightburn software connected to a Shapeoko 3 using a Endurance laser. It worked fine.
Later I upgraded to the Shapeoko Pro, but never reconnected the laser. I am attempting this now and for unknown reasons I can’t get connected. The device manager recognizes the Shapeoko 3 when connecting to the PRO control panel, this will not let the Pro connect. Sure I have left out critical information but not sure what I need to include.
One thought I have had is do I need to somehow delete the Shapeoko 3 from the device manager?
I have spent all afternoon searching here and on the internet, YT but so far nothing resolves the issue.
