Shapeoko pro table

Good Morning everyone! I am looking for some ideas for a Shapeoko pro XXL table. The keg is too large for my space. And, it needs to roll into a corner for storage. I have looked at quite a few but many ideas are just too pricy. If you have the time, energy, and feel like sharing, I could use your help. Thanks!

I just finished building a table for my SP5 (66”x66”).

Cost was $104 in lumber (2 sheets of 3/4” plywood and 12 2x4’s). It is rock solid.

Going to add a set of Rockler Workbench Casters, 4 Pack (SKU: 43501) to make it movable for $60.

Looks nice and the feeder table too! Got the rockler feet on mine… It is a beast to get up on them (heavy!) and a fearful thing dropping them back down. I’m not sure what option I’d do if I did them over but just know its not nearly as kick up as using those wheels on a sanding cart. hehe!

@JimJr Which Rockler Rocksteady Parts for 4x2 Bench? - #10 by LordofCandy I followed the 4x4 route. Cost was around $200 with the brackets being the most expensive. Doing it over I’d just to half lap. I thought I was saving time but getting those brackets in was just as time consuming. The table will be a hand me down as it is a freaking tank. haha!

Very nice! What did you do for cross bracing?

On 2 sides, I screwed a 8" piece of 3/4" plywood to tie all three of the leg units together. Those are the yellow components on this screenshot:

I can share the SketchUp file of the design if you’re interested in it.

The legs are made with 2x4’s that are glued and screwed together. They are put together with a lap joint. These giant O-legs (not to be confused with Lego’s) do not require bracing in their direction because they are so strong.
