I see your cutting depth is 26mm, and 38.7mm (in displayed “size Z”) - 26 is 12.7mm, which is exactly 0.5": does your retract height happen to be 12.7mm / 0.5" ? (in the Job setup)
If so, then this is normal, I never checked but CM probably displays the total between the max Z in the toolpath and the min Z, so from the top of the retract height down to the bottom of the contour cut, there is indeed 38.7mm
