Shapoko 5 thinks bitsetter is in the wrong place

When I orginally installed this beastie, everything was okay. I disabled the bitsetter to true the hybrid table and when I re-abled it, the CNC says it finds. When I used the bitzero on my stock and it needed to check the tool length, it couldn’t find it.

It thinks it’s on the other end of the table. X position is right, but Y is all the way on the other side. So I re-installed the CNC and reset the bit setter in setup. Check the top - pressing down turns the light green and fills the circle in the debug tab. Tried zeroing my stock again. Same problem,
