Sharp Outside Pocket in Fusion 360

I’m trying to create the slits/pockets in fusion 360 but I need to retain the sharp outside corners. What is the best method?

Outside corners shouldn’t be a problem. Is your toolpath rounding them?

I’ve been trying to use a pocketing or adaptive clear and both round the corners. The only solution I’ve been able to come out with is to add a radial offset in the pocketing operation followed by a contour but it seems highly inefficient.

Can you share the Fusion file?
Did you leave any “Stock to Leave”?

Worked on my end with pocket or adaptive. Make sure you’re not leaving any “Stock to Leave” if you want to do it all in one operation.
