I want to thank you for all your help. While I have not finished the outer frame yet, the core of the replacement sign is done. All fun!

Looks good, It will look great after seeing the original sign. The only thing that may be wrong is the letter H. Most fonts have the small end on the top if the cross member isn’t centered. Only a sign maker will spot it.
