After not finding something simple or stripped back, I designed a hose guide for my SO3.
I may massage some tolerances on the upper clamp, but it’s pretty handy and easy to take the hose on and off for cleaning up the area after finished.

Yeah it’s a Suckit Pro.
They were out of stock when I went to order them, and I think I managed to nab one right as they went available.
