Simple Program Help

Need assistance in writing a program in Carbide Motion to draw:

Line 1 of x length.
Line 2 of y length.

Line 1 and Line 2 will be in the form of an L shape.

Draw it by making two rectangles and using a Boolean operation to add or subtract one from the other?

Thanks Will, I got finally got the Shapeoko to do what I wanted. Also Thanks to Myers Wood Working for his YT Vids. Myers did an awesome beginner tutorial that was very comprehensive.
