Skip the bitsetter?

I am doing a run of 100 of the same exact pattern of round holes in 6x6 pieces of maple for a customer. The entire job takes about 3.5 minutes to run. When one is complete the router goes to the top left position. I then place a new 6x6 piece on the bed and Start Job which then brings the router front center looking for a tool change. Hit Resume and it goes to the bit setter, checks the tool length and then runs the job. It takes almost as much time to go through this routine as it does to actually run the job. How can I speed up the process? Should I disable the bitsetter, set my z zero, and run on? I assume that setting the z zero will be remembered just as my x and y zeroes are. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Yes, that should work — many folks who are doing production runs disable the BitSetter while doing them — I recommend reinitializing just to be sure of a known/consistent state.
