Slipping, new problem

My machine is now slipping on materials I’ve worked before, with the same feeds and speeds and bit as I have previously used.

I think I might have damaged some part by pushing it too hard, I was working on delrin with the default carbide create speed set when I first had bad slips. I had not worked delrin before. I went back to work on g10 with speeds and feeds that had worked for me before, but I am getting terrible slipping now.

I don’t know if I damaged the belts, the motors, or just have dust in the parts messing things up. Let me know if you have any ideas.

Please always inspect the machine before each use per: http://docs.carbide3d.com/general-faq/machine-operating-checklist/

Things to esp. check:

Worst case, the maintenance kit will allow one to rebuild a machine to pretty much like new mechanically: https://shop.carbide3d.com/collections/tools/products/shapeoko-maintenance-kit

If all that doesn’t help, let us know at support@carbide3d.com and we’ll do our best to help sort it out.
