This is a pretty impressive little machine. As far as I can tell it reputation is growing. I wish I could get a larger bed but I guess I have to live with what I have, for now. This sign is 36" long. I rotated it 45 degrees in carbide create to make it a little larger than the 32" width of my XXL.

1" thick white PVC. Painted with Krylon.

Where did you find 1" PVC sheet goods?

My local sign supply carries it. I almost did the letters in acrylic shown here but was having issues painting it so I used 3/4" PVC on the letters.
