Has anyone created thier own flig jigs? I’m hammering out pistol grips and knife scales finally 
however I’ve ran into a few issues when using the one I ordered. Every so often my blank slips slightly due to the height of the jig and open area below. (Maybe I should just use shims ik ik…) how ever I was thinking of making a flight jig that’s 3/4 inches tall most of my material is 3/8’s

Thanks I didn’t realize that you had material aswell. I’ve been using other pieces below it. I was just thinking less space to fill the easier to shim.
