Im having a little issue. I setup my homing kit. But when I use the Home command ‘$h’ it goes to my front right corner not my back right corner. Is there a way to change this. I pretty sure there is I just don’t know where to look.
you have your motors plugged in reverse? try switching the plug for the two motors.

Thanks bretrichter. That worked out. That kind of explains why it was working up side down last night with the hello world tutorial.
When I command the homing sequence, it moves to the back left corner! it appears that the x-axis is reversed as well, but I don’t know how to correct it? any help please?
Reversing the X-axis is done by flipping the invert bit for that axis: http://www.shapeoko.com/wiki/index.php/Grbl#Grbl0.9
