I’m pretty sure I have a bad stepper motor… Instead of rotating when commanded, It only vibrates back and forth… Am I wrong about this??? is there a fix for this or do I need to request a replacement? This machine is only one day old…
Can anyone advise me on this???
Check the wiring to ensure that things aren’t cross-connected.
Swap the motor with the other one to see if it’s the motor or the stepper driver.

Yep!! It’s all good now. A wire had pulled out of a connector…
