I just purchased a Samsung Galaxy to run Motion on a Shapeoko 5 Pro. I downloaded the program but the tablet will not open it. What am I doing wrong? I have never had a tablet before and have only lived in windows. Any help would be appreciated.

Which OS is your Galaxy running? If it’s an Android tablet we do not have versions of our software compiled for that OS.
You will need a machine which meets the System Requirements from the download page, so Windows or Mac OS.
I’ve had good luck running our software on a Samsung Galaxy Book 3 Pro 360.

Will an ipad work for this application?
No, it would need to be full Windows or Mac. Lots of people have had good luck with the Fusion5 Windows tablets on Amazon.
