Hey guys. I’m crafting a design and I want to lower the noise that is produce from the machine when I cut the aluminum, whether it’s coming from my table or machine. Any tips?
The vibration isolating bumpers such as are used for appliances help.
Putting the machine on a sheet of foam will also dampen resonance vibrations.
The actual solution though is an enclosure including a space for the vacuum and a baffle system to admit fresh air and exhaust heated air from the vacuum.

Also strongly recommend if you don’t have it already to consider a spindle instead of a router.
